youknow? two days later including today. i start diligent do play basket ball, sit up and jogging. i start at 5pm until finish. for what? for decrease my body uhhhh
but it's all useless. nih ya gue gue ceritain.
jadi tadi gue main basket tapi cuma 30 menitan include lari 5 puteran lapangan, yaudah gue jogging muterin komplek uhhhh i feel very tired and i certainly strive.
udah tuh bener-bener satu komplek gue puterin sama adek gue dan gue ga ada berenti nya lari udah sampai engos ngos ngos ngos-_-
and know i'm very hungry. at lunch i was eating and i addtional until 4 plates..... sucks i cant stop it. dan gue ngerasa perut gue sedikit membesar (apakaliye)
nah udah kan tuh jogging jam 7an abs mandi gue............. LAPER dan adek gue ngaish brownies terus gue makan deh-_- untung cuma satu tapi siang nya 3-_-
abs itu adek gue bikin nasi goreng sama si embak haaaaaaaa-_- yaudah gue minta suapin adek gue, sampe-sampe nasi goreng nya abs di makan gue
uhhhh gila gue gamau nanti tambah buncit lagi o_0 gmnnnn dong
so i think is useless. i do sport but i also eat a lot
what should i do?
tadi sempet tukeran gt sama kak Bia, dia nanya gmn cara tinggi gue jawab sotoy "main basket aja kak sama berenang" terus gue nanya kalau kurus gmn kak dia jawab "kamu jangan makan malem malem sama ngemil, kalau ngemil apel aja soalnya bikin kenyang"
